WODTeams of 4Partner's 1 and 27 AMRAP100 m Sprint5 Burpee Pull-Ups10 Deads Lifts (185/125)5 Med Ball Sit-Ups (30/20)Partner 3 and 47 AMRAP125m Row5 Burpee Box Jumps10 D-ball over shoulder (100/70)5 Ring DipsPartner 1 and 2 will do the first Amrap while partner 3 and 4 do the second. After the 7 Minutes they will switch Amraps. Once both have been completed all 4 will rest 3 minutes and complete 100 Power Snatches for time. (95/65)Score Will be completed full rounds of AMRAP and Total Time for Snatches.
