YOU ARE SELF COUNTING! Please be accurate and do all 30 reps with full range of motion. This is a benchmark and you want to be consistent to test your progress. Choose a weight that you feel you can accomplish within the 7 minute time cap.

Rest 1 Minute After time cap (So if you finish earlier you have a longer rest)

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

Burpees

This workout begins from a standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
