Recently there was a tragedy involving one of our own in the CrossFit community. The Tenney's, who are not only the owners of Tenney's pizza but also a part owner at Saratoga Springs CrossFit, lost their 4 year old daughter. While today I had planned to do my birthday WOD I would much rather do a WOD to honor and support this family. Come on out and show your support.
