In preparation for the upcoming CrossFit Open we will be building up our work capacity. In order to build it up we need a fitness baseline. We will be doing a few tests over the next couple of weeks to establish a baseline and to have a place to start.

6 Minute AMRAP75 Wall Balls 20/14Then:Max effort double unders for the remainder of the time.

6 Minute AMRAP75 KB Swings 53/35Then:Max effort line hopping Burpees for the remainder of the time
