Definition:1 rep= a full complex
5 reps = 1 round
You can only set the bar down in between rounds. If you drop the bar or rest the bar anywhere but the hang or front or back rack positions then that round is incomplete and must be repeated. If you fail a round you must complete a 5 burpee penalty before repeating that round. Even though we will score this one with the time you finished you should take rest as you need between your rounds.
