3 Rounds
400 Meter walking KB Carry (KB carry is either in the goblet squat rack position or in the tater rack position)
*If the KB drops below your chest the athlete must then place the KB down on the spot, walk/jog/run/sprint to the starting line and complete:
10 Wall balls 20/14
10 Box Jumps 24/20
then walk/jog/run/sprint back to the KB to continue their KB carry.
**KB carry is a walk or fast walk, NO RUNNING!
