Get in and get warmed up with some lighter weight cleans so you get the full 15 minutes to focus on your heavier weights.


Take 15 Minutes to find your 1-rep max clean (first score)

Rest 5 minutes (Setup for WOD)


Clean/Hang Clean ladder

Clean from the ground. Then clean from the hang without dropping bar.

Ladder starts at 135/95

Between each complex complete 20 Double Unders before attempting the next weight.

Complete 1 complex then go up in weight. You choose the weight to go up to next between 5-20 pounds. You get one attempt at each weight. If you miss you will owe 10 bar hopping burpees before going back to the bar.
