*One partner will start on first base. Once complete with the row, Partner 1 will bear crawl between bases. Once partner one reaches second base, Partner 2 can begin first base while partner 1 completes second base. (Same goes for partner 3...) If a teammate catches up to another teammate then both can work on the same base but only one partner can work at a time. Once a partner gets done with 2nd base... Move onto 3rd base. The goal is to score as many runs as possible in the 20 Minutes.
After the 20 minutes, rest 5 minutesTHEN:As a team of 3 complete as many Calories on the bike as possible in 6 Minutes
