15 Minute AMRAP

Three Person Team:

Athlete 1: 200 Meter Row (Pacer)

Athlete 2: Box Jumps/ Step Down

Athlete 3: Deadlifts 135/95

Score is total box jumps and Deadlifts completed in 15 minutes

2 Minute Rest

10 Minute max 20 meter sprints. Each athlete will sprint 20 meters and then switch.
