I really hope you all took the time to read the article I posted above about the stimulus and prescribed vs scaling. We will continually try and challenge you and make you fitter. All we ask is that you trust the process and listen to our coaching team. We have years of experience and our ultimate goal is to see you progress and enjoy the process. Working out should be fun. It's a time to get away from the worries of the world and focus on yourself. As Coach Kannon likes to say, "This is your hour". Use your daily hour at the gym to become a better version of yourself.
