Good Morning Point Fitness!

End of this month marks the end of most of our 3 month promotion peeps at CrossFit The Point and 3 months of us being fully open at Point Fitness. I want to extend my gratitude to all of you for accepting these new CrossFitters and all these new fitness peeps into our gym family. I have received nothing but positive feedback about the way they have all been treated.
I would also like to extend my thank you to those who have given Point Fitness and CrossFit The Point a chance. I have loved having all these new friends join us and I hope to continue to see you all for a long time to come. For those who are coming up on the end of their promotion. Get with me so we can discuss your options going forward.

I want to leave you all with a simple thought today. You can never overestimate the affect you can have on someone's life by just being present.
You have something unique to offer and if you ever feel like your presence at the gym doesn't matter to others, think again. When one of you go on vacation or decide to take a break, it is felt by myself and others. So, if you have been away for a bit, come back and visit us. We miss you! Even if it's just to come visit and watch us throw down at Friday Night Lights... I'd love to see ya!

Broken Record Barbell Club
Congratulations to our Broken Record Barbell Club! Yesterday, they all competed at an Olympic Lifting Meet. For many of them it was their first meet. Many PRs were accomplished and even a National's Qualification.
I'll let Coach Chad Colunga fill us all in on the details later on but I wanted to personally congratulate Coach Chad and the team on an awesome outing.
Remember, the barbell club meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM. Coach Chad is an amazing coach and it is a great atmosphere to build your confidence in your lifts and improve your form on the Clean and Jerk and Snatch.

Special Offer - Yoga
Currently, we have moved to a two day a week yoga class. Wednesday nights at 8 PM and Saturday morning MyoFacial Rolling at 9 AM. I have decided, through the end of the year, to include Yoga into the CrossFit membership. You will be able to use your unlimited CrossFit Membership to sign into these classes. This is my last ditch effort to see if we can't get this class up and running.
I am a huge advocate of yoga and myofascial rolling for my athletes. Take advantage of this offer and see if adding these into your routine helps you recover and become fitter individuals.
