Good Afternoon CFTP,At the beginning of the year I had asked all of you to shoot me some goals that you had for 2019. I want to take this time, 4 months later, to check up on all of you. Even if you didn't send me your goals originally, I know all of you had certain things you wanted to accomplish this year. How's it going? Have you already achieved any of them? Any of them close to becoming a reality? Send me an email as a response to this email or a separate email to Dan@point-fitness.com. I really want to hear how things are going.I get to see most of you every week and I have seen so much progress but I want to hear it from you all. What are you struggling with? What do you want more coaching on? Where can we help you?I know that this will take a bit of time for you to do but it is important to me as your coach and as your programmer to know your goals and your progress in accomplishing those goals. The more information I have the more I can adapt the programming to help you with your goals as a group and for each individual. I can take these goals and share them with my training team so when they are coaching you they can keep in mind your goals when giving you your individual modifications. So please don't be afraid to share!Not only sharing your goals is important but I love hearing about your different successes so send those along as well.
