Good morning athletes!

Schedule Announcement
I wanted to start with some great news. We are going back to our regular schedule! With Utah now moving from Orange to Yellow, we are ready to bring back the hourly classes. Final Thoughts
As we continue to go through this pandemic I have had a chance to reflect on a lot of things. The biggest thing is just how important and precious our health is. We can't take it for granted and by always working to be healthy and to create healthy habits, we will set ourselves up to be more prepared when diseases like Covid-19 come through.
I was having a conversation about a CrossFitter or any fitness person's mentality... The confidence many of you have due to your healthy choices. I notice a distinct difference in your attitude versus those who may not take care of themselves. When this pandemic hit I saw fear from most people but as we learned the affects this pandemic had on healthier human beings, I saw a shift in most of you.
Granted, some have compromised immune systems due to factors out of their control but for those of you who put a priority on your health through healthy eating and working out, you were much more prepared to deal with this pandemic.
I like to compare it to food storage. When a natural disaster happens, those who had prepared with the needed necessities are ready to take on whatever nature has to throw at them but for those who didn't, fear controls their lives.
So, keep on doing what you are doing. Prepare your bodies so when something like this comes again, you are ready and have less reason to fear. Not only that, get your family and those you care about to do the same. Have them join us. Not only is it fun, it also could save their lives.

Can't wait to get back to our regular schedule. Stay safe and I'll see you all this next week!
