Congratulations on so many people going 100 percent this past week in the Nutrition Challenge even with the little curve ball at the end of the week. Very impressive. I apologize for the missing of a few of our 100 percenters. Next time we'll do a better job of clarifying the winners. Still happy that two of our winners still got to enjoy a night out with the Beatse at the Real Salt Lake game. You both deserved it.I will be using this post to post a few announcements. The most urgent one is the fact that WODsomniac registration just opened up. In the next couple of days I will be separating you into teams. I will also choose a team captain for each team. It will be up to the team captain to register the team. We need to get you all registered ASAP! It is $300 until the end of the month. In August it jumps to $400! I don't want any of our teams paying more than they have to so please check your emails so you will know what team you will be on. If you have special requests for teams please email me ASAP! firstname.lastname@example.org. I want you to be with who you want to be with. If you don't contact me I will set up teams according to how I believe will help you succeed most and give us the best chance as a team to perform well. I can't wait and am excited for our teams... Looks like as of now we will have 6 teams!Also, a month or so afterwards, on November 8th and 9th, we are hosting the Tuff Stuff event and it is going to be awesome. Alright...this week I helped out the guys (or very hungry girls) with a 17 block meal plan.
Last week's extra challenge was easy compared to this week's. You are REALLY gonna love me for this one... 1000 Double Unders. Yep! That's right! Some of you will be done with all of them in a half hour. For others of you...If you aren't an expert already, you will be. Dan didn't say if double unders were already programmed into this week's WODs or not, but if they are, we will be nice and let those count towards your 1000 total. :)
I'll be there early on Wednesday morning with my laptop to add up all the scores for the last 2 weeks (through tomorrow). Be sure to get your stickers up by Tuesday night.
