They're still difficult, but I think I've finally figured them out.What Do You Like Most About CrossFit?My competitive nature exceeds my natural abilities, so I love that I can challenge myself daily with different movements and get a PR on a somewhat regular basis. That little glory is a great feeling.What Area Would You Most Like To Improve In The Next Few Months?I'm hoping to be able to do a handstand push up (no pads). That would be so cool to show off to my family.What Would You Tell Someone That Was Considering Trying CrossFit For The First Time?The initial anxiety you may feel at your first WOD will be quickly disappear with the amazing support you receive from the coaches and cheering from other members.What Do You Like Most About CrossFit The Point?The amazing support from the coaches and fellow members.
